Sasenarine Singh, Guyana's newly appointed Ambassador to Belgium, on Tuesday presented his Letters of Credence to His Excellency Mr Hubert Roisin, Chief of Protocol of the Federal Public Service - Foreign Affairs, Foreign Trade and Development Cooperation of the Kingdom of Belgium.
