PASTOR Leon Pollydore, 41, yesterday appeared before Georgetown Magistrate Sueanna Lovell charged with break-and-enter and larceny.
Particulars of the offence alleged that he broke into the home of Natasha Standford, at Lamaha Park Georgetown, on January 4, 2013, and stole $4000.
When Pollydore pleaded not guilty, the virtual complainant indicated to the court that she does not wish to pursue the matter, as she had forgiven the pastor for his actions.
She also revealed that she was involved in a live-in relationship with the defendant, and they have since dismissed the incident as a mere misunderstanding.
Both parties were cautioned, and the matter was dismissed upon mutual agreement to settle.
