PPP/C remembers Dr Cheddi Jagan
Executive Secretary of the People’s Progressive Party/Civic (PPP/C) and Minister of Agriculture, Zulfikar Mustapha, along with other members on Sunday paid tribute to PPP founder Dr Cheddi Jagan, during a wreath-laying ceremony to observe his 25th death anniversary, at Babu Jaan, Corentyne. Minister Mustapha said Dr Jagan’s teachings will live on and continue to be relevant. He underscored that lessons from the late President have made significant contributions to democracy.
