ANOTHER domestic violence case was called before Magistrate Hazel Octive-Hamilton yesterday. In it, Ronald Albert, 43, was charged with unlawfully assaulting his reputed wife, Michelle Boyer, to cause her actual bodily harm on February 15.
Attorney-at-law Mr. Euclin Gomes, for the defendant (no address given) claimed the latter was attacked first by the virtual complainant after a misunderstanding between them and the police should also charged her.
Albert was granted $20,000 bail until May 2.
