THE police are investigating the death of Brazilian national Jose Virginia Souza, 58, which occurred at about 13:00hrs on Wednesday last at Rockstone, Essequibo River. Police reported that Souza, who was a miner, is suspected to have drowned while dredging for minerals under water.
The body is at Lyken’s Funeral Parlour awaiting a post mortem examination.
