Robbery under arms should be treated as terrorism

IF crimes such as these are just robbery under arms and not treated as terrorists terrorising citizens then nothing will prevent or stop these terrorists from carrying out their nefarious acts of terror on law- abiding citizens. Terror charges must be made law of the land and applied in all such crimes as these.
When these terrorists are charged and brought before a judge I would like him/her to ask these victims one pertinent question.
These judges must ask all victims of crimes as these how did they feel when terror was rained on them if they felt love or terror?
Judges must allow victims to express themselves to say what terror they endure at the hands of these terrorists.
Then and only then law makers will see it fit to attach terror charges to these terrorists in the guise of robbers or bandits.
The terrorists’ message are now loud and clear that if you owned a business or are intent on operating a business you must know terror will soon come to you.

Three suspects have been arrested for the recent multi-million dollar Met-en-Meerzorg, West Coast Demerara robbery. Several others were questioned and a few more will be held for questioning.
According to the police, the crime appears to have been well-planned involving persons who frequented the home of the victims.
Five men, all armed with firearms, pounced on Bisram, her husband, Deonauth Judistry, 50, her 10-year-old daughter as well as her nephew, Yudesh Pooran, 18, were in their grocery.

Yet another businessman was shot and robbed as the recent wave of terror continues to sweep the country and keep security officials on their toes.
The police are now investigating an armed robbery that occurred at about 23:15 hrs on Thursday during which businessman, Presley Drepaul, called Rambo, 47, was brutally attacked, shot and robbed by four masked, armed men, three of whom were armed with firearms.

Residents stated that the police took some time to arrive, but the police are refuting this stating that they received a call at 23:35hrs.
It matters not what the police refute, because how many time citizens have said the 911 phone rang out or if they got a busy signal?

One irate resident stated that they have been forgotten by the government.
“We asking for firearm and we ain’t getting. We need street lights and telephone. Nothing this area ain’t get! This is like a lost part in Guyana,” he continued.
The residents stated that they are prepared to take matters into their own hands and if it comes to protesting they will do that.
This is the second robbery in less that a month in the No.19 area. Grocer Deochand Hemchand, called ‘Suraj’, and his family were robbed. In the process Deochand was brutally chopped and beaten about the body, losing part of an ear.

Those in authority must now listen to the cries of people and assist citizens in weapons training because it appears the police are either unable or unwilling to stop these terrorists.
How many more must be robbed, killed maimed and be disfigured while the cries of citizens begging to defend themselves go on deaf ears?
