A 24-YEAR-OLD man of Annandale, East Coast Demerara (ECD) is in police custody for unlawful possession of arms and ammunition.Police said that around 12:40h on Thursday ranks acting upon information received, arrested the suspect in South Ruimveldt with two unlicensed handguns (a .38 revolver and a 9mm pistol) and three rounds of ammunition.

An investigation is in progress.
