Shirley Blair, 42, pleaded not guilty to break and enter and larceny when she appeared before Magistrate Geeta Chandan Edmond Persid at Reliance Court, East Canje, Berbice, yesterday.

The defendant was granted $450,000 bail and a trial date is to be set.

Particulars of the offence, said, between November 21 and January 31 last, Blair stole two flagpoles, two mirrors, two helmets, a wall divider, a motorcycle, a television set, a DVD player and a number of clothes of hangers, valued a total of $945,000, belonging to Eastman.
