Minister of Education, Sonia Parag, on Monday, received a courtesy visit from His Excellency Ernesto Torres Pereyra, Ambassador of the Dominican Republic to Guyana. The Ambassador was accompanied by Counsellor Joel Encarnación Bernabel.
