MORE than 40 allottees on Thursday identified their house lots at Success AB South Phase Two, on the East Coast of Demerara, in an exercise facilitated by the Ministry of Housing.

According to information from the Ministry of Housing, surveyors from the ministry assisted the allottees in locating and confirming their respective lots.

During the exercise, the beneficiaries identified and marked the boundaries of their properties and planted name posts to indicate their allocated lots.

Some of the allottees said they are looking forward to starting construction and making use of their new properties.

They also expressed appreciation to the government for providing them with the opportunity to acquire their own houses.

The land-identification exercise forms part of the ongoing process to assist beneficiaries in taking possession of their allocated house lots.
