They then dismantled Annandale for an embarrassing 31 in 14 overs.
Annandale’s ploy to bowl first on a fast outfield and track which held no terrors was justified when Skipper and National U-16 all-rounder removed Tucber Park batter Lemuel DeJonge for a duck in the first over.
Luke Amsterdam, the tournament’s leading run-scorer with 362 runs from seven matches, with a highest score of 114 not out, joined opener Arush Hemraj, and together they steadied the ship with a responsible 29-run partnership before Hemraj (19) retired hurt with a pulled hamstring.
Amsterdam and Griffith added 15 in sweltering heat before Sanjay Dindyal removed the BEI captain for 10 in the 10th over.

When Amsterdam, a Guyana U-16 batter, was run out at 61-4, for 14 after taking his runs tally to 376, the noise level of the partisan crowd reached a crescendo.
After Ryan McPherson (11) departed at 62-5, Hemraj returned to the middle, adding five to his score before Kevin Singh bowled him at 72-6 in the 17th over.
Demetrius Reid, unbeaten on 10 and Ray Ramnauth added 20 crucial runs between them before Ramnauth was run out for 10 off the last ball of the 20th
Sanjay Dindyal had 2-24 for Annandale, who were bundled out for 31 as no batter reached double figures.
Man-of-the-Match Griffith took his wicket tally to 20 with 3-2 and got support from DeJonge, who had 3-9.
Meanwhile, the Ministry of Education, led by a 49-run stand between former Guyana U-19 and Berbice senior player Jonathan Rampersaud (31) and Naeem Khan (17), reached 105-5 in an exhibition match reduced to 10 overs from 15.
Darren Monoher had 4-18 for the Beharry Group, who could only reach 77-5 in their 10 overs despite 17 from Terrance Dindyal and an unbeaten 16 from Siddiq Rahaman.
