OLD Fort Top Form hockey club defended home turf on Friday as they

captured some scintillating victories when action continued in the Friday Night

5s Field Hockey League being played at the Skip Roberts Youth Development

Complex.

Old Fort Top Form, playing in the Men’s category, thrashed GCC outlaws

11-1.

Shaquon Favourite and Nkosi Saul were brutal in attack, as both finished

with triples.

Yonnik Norton also recorded a double in the match-up.

Old Fort Top Form was not done, as they came up against GCC Hockey Dogs later

in the evening, beating them 8-2.

Simeon Moore showed his skills in the victory with a hat -trick, with Yonnick

Norton also recording a double.

ShaquonFavourite, Donnel Alleyne and Nkosi Saul also scored in the win.

Saints Men’sHockey Club also clashed with Bounty GCC in the men’s category of the league, beating the latter 7-3.

Again, a hat-trick was the order of the day, as Keeland Cummings and Jabari Lovell led the way with triples.

Meshhach Sargeant was awesome, albeit in a losing cause for Bounty GCC HC, as he recorded a hat-trick.

In the women’s category, Saints Women eke out a commendable win over

the Master’s women’’s side 5-3 with five different scorers.

Saints also defeated GCC Spice 5-3 with a pair of goals each from Kazaquah

Uzzi and Makaylah Poole.

Alexcia Elias accounted for the other goal.

GCC ‘s ’Elite women also stopped master’s women 7-2. Abosaide Cadogan

was phenomenal with 6 goals as they outplayed the national women's

masters’ team.

Makeda Harding scored the other goal.

Trinity Greaves doubles for the master’s ladies in the loss.

In the U17 division, the GCC Hurricanes drew with the Saints Girls 5-5, and

the Old Fort Gladiators got past the Old Fort Warriors 3-1 after a brace

from Micah Smith.
