SHAMBY Yamat, a 32-year-old man, was, on Thursday, charged with causing death by dangerous driving and granted $1 million bail, according to a police statement.
Yamat was arrested on August 8 and appeared at the Diamond Magistrate’s Court before Principal Magistrate Judy Latchman.
He pleaded not guilty to the charge and will return to court on August 29.
