IN true Guyanese Phagwah fashion, GTT employees from offices across the country celebrated ‘The Festival of Colours’ with their teams. Several team members were adorned in traditional Indian wear and jewellery and enjoyed the customary powder-play along with delicious ‘sweetmeats’ Guyanese enjoy.

GTT also hosted a fun Phagwah competition among employees where team members dressed in their cultural wear could win exciting prizes via mmg+. For ‘Holi’, as the holiday is also formally called, social and religious barriers are forgotten, as Guyanese join millions of people worldwide in celebrating the festival.

Joining in on the celebration was CEO Damian Blackburn, the Employee Experience, Call Centre and Outside Plant teams.
