A 35-year-old miner was on Wednesday released on $65,000 bail for exposing his penis to a woman, and two other charges.

Lenroy Allman, of Diamond Squatting Area, East Bank Demerara, appeared before Chief Magistrate Ann McLennan and pleaded not guilty to the charges.

The exposure charge dates back to September 5 at Linden, while another had to do with his assaulting his daughter, Malika Thomas, and unlawfully damaging her dining chair, valued $80,000, on the same date and at the same location.

Allman was released on a total of $65,000 bail, and ordered to return to court on October 25.
He was also charged for threatening his daughter, to which he pleaded guilty, was reprimanded, and allowed to go free.
