OFFICERS of the Customs Anti Narcotic Unit (CANU), on Thursday, discovered 152lbs of cannabis hidden in barrels.

According to the unit, officers, acting on information, conducted a search of the upper flat of a building at Lot 42 Norton Street, and found parcels of suspected local and foreign cannabis in three barrels.

Even while investigations are ongoing, one person was arrested and escorted to CANU Headquarters.
