Two female members of the High Commission of India, Bindu Vijayakumar and Satamani Ramharak, celebrated Raksha Bandhan with President, Dr Irfaan Ali, at State House, on Tuesday morning. Raksha Bandhan is celebrated on the full moon day of the Hindu month of Sravana, during July or August and is symbolic of the love and bond between a brother and a sister.
