The national flag will be flown at half-staff on Friday, the day of the funeral of late President of Haiti, Jovenel Moïse, in keeping with Proclamation No. 2 of 2021, issued on July 7, 2021 by President, Dr Mohamed Irfaan Ali
The national flag must be flown at half-staff in solidarity with the government and people of Haiti as they bid final farewell to their late President.
President Moïse was assassinated in the early hours of Wednesday, July 7, at his home.
