A 27-year-old miner was, on Friday, remanded to prison for the murder of his workmate, who was fatally stabbed during an argument at Ithaki Backdam, Mazaruni River.
Kevin Lindore of 2 & 1/2 Miles Bartica appeared before Magistrate Esther Sam at the Bartica Magistrate’s Court and was not required to plead to the capital offence.
Particulars of the charge alleged that, on July 11, at Ithaki Backdam, Mazaruni River, Lindore murdered Damion Williams called “Wild Buck.”
