THE US-based Tri State U-15 team is scheduled to arrive this afternoon in Guyana for ten 50-over matches and one two-day encounter against clubs in the Georgetown Cricket Association (GCA), selected sides and a team from Essequibo.
According to information from the GCA, the first youth match is billed for tomorrow against the Gandhi Youth Organisation (GYO).

The visitors will then play Essequibo on Saturday in another 50-over clash. That game is scheduled for the Muslim Youth Organisation (MYO) ground.
On Sunday, Tri-State,, made up of players from New York, New Jersey and Connecticut, would face off against a GCA President XI team in a day-and-night encounter from 13:30hrs.
After a day’s rest, the visitors will travel to Bourda next Tuesday to challenge home team GCC, while on Wednesday they will compete against home team Everest Cricket Club. On April 1, the U.S. side is scheduled to meet Transport at the GCC ground, while on April 3 they will face DCC at home.
On April 4, they will play home team MYO, before they face a GCA Executive XI on April 6-7 in a two-day encounter (the lone two-day game of the tour) at the GCC ground. The visiting side’s final two clashes will be more 50-over battles. On April 9, they face Bel Air RUBiS at LBI, and on April 10 another GCA mixed team at the DCC ground. The side is scheduled to depart Guyana on April 11.
