New air service starts Ogle to Port Kaituma flights

ROYALTY Air Service lifted off on Monday on a high note with praises for its first flight between Ogle and Port Kaituma.
Flights between Ogle and Port Kaituma will operate on Sundays, Mondays and Thursdays, a press release from the company noted. From February 24, it will introduce flights between Ogle and Mabaruma on Wednesdays and Saturdays and from February 26, flights between Ogle and Matthews Ridge on Tuesdays and Fridays.
The release further noted that Roraima Airways will be its partner on these routes, while Jags Aviation is being used for the Port Kaituma route.
“Apart from very competitive pricing, the service is offering ticket delivery, on-line payment with Republic Bank, and loyalty rewards. Royalty Loyalty, the rewards programme, yields a free round-trip flight after 20 flights. Envelopes and parcels under one pound are free, while cargo is charged at $100 per pound,” the press release noted.

According to the release, Operations Manager Mr. Mark Peters noted that the team is very pleased with the reaction of the market as interest is quite high.
The release noted that the company aims to differentiate itself through its service and affordability as well as its Corporate Social Responsibility programme (CSR).
“We want to support the communities we operate in by providing opportunities for youths especially and we will be embarking on socio-economic projects after consultation with the people,” the Operations Manager was quoted as saying.
