POLICE are currently on the hunt for convicted prisoner, James Moore, who escaped from the Lusignan Prison, on Tuesday afternoon.
Director of Prisons, Gladwin Samuels, in a statement, said that James Moore, along with thirteen other prisoners, was booked out from the Holding Bay to work at the Lusignan Prison kitchen earlier that day.
However, at about 16:30 hours, the 23-year-old man was discovered missing from his place of labour.
An investigation has since been launched and a manhunt for Moore is in progress
Moore is serving a three-year sentence for armed robbery. His last addresses on record are Lot 544 New Road, Dairy, and Dennis Street, Turkeyen.
