Chief Elections Officer ,Keith Lowenfield on Sunday afternoon submitted his report of the March 2, general and regional elections, to Chair of the Guyana Elections Commission (GECOM), Justice Claudette Singh using data from the recount process.

This was confirmed by GECOM’s PRO, Yolanda Ward.
