LISA BOBB, a 26-year-old woman, charged with assault, was, on Wednesday, March 11, 2020, granted $15,000 bail by Magistrate Faith McGusty.
The charge alleged that, on Tuesday, February 25, 2020, at Campbellville, Georgetown, Bobb unlawfully assaulted Carl Marks to actually cause bodily harm.
When Bobb was read the charge, she pleaded not guilty.
The prosecutor had no objections to the defendant being granted bail but requested that the court should place Bobb on a bond of peace.
Magistrate McGusty granted Bobb $15,000 bail and ordered that she be on a bond of peace.
The matter was transferred to Court 8 and 9.
