Home made Ice-Cream Recipe

Ingredients
2 tbsp custard powder or cornflour
1 pt milk
3 eggs
2 oz sugar or to taste
flavoring

Method
1 Blend custard powder or cornflour with a little cold milk.
2 Whisk eggs and sugar together.
3 Heat the rest of the milk and add to blended custard powder.
4 Bring to the boil and let it boil for about 3 minutes. Remove from
the heat.
5 Add boiled mixture to beaten egg and sugar immediately, stirring all the
time. Add flavoring.
6 Cool and freeze.

Serves 6-8

Note: Any pulped fruit may be added to custard before freezing. If pineapple is
used, it must first be cooked.
