FOLLOWING its average success last year, the Enmore Community Centre Cricket Club made several changes to its executive committee when the body held its Annual General Meeting and elections last Sunday.

Bheemraj Ramkelawan was elected Chairman of the ECCCC ahead of Tajnauth Jadunauth and Anil Persaud. Suresh Jainarine and Tahal Ganesh were elected to serve as club secretary and treasurer respectively while Anil Persaud will serve as assistant secretary/treasurer.

The other persons elected were Ramkelawan – club captain, Rudolph Singh and Yuvraj Dyal – (vice-captains), Ramdeo Ramkissoon, Kenon Ramascindo and Chaitram Ramlall – committee members.

Ramkelawan thanked the members for their confidence in electing him and pledged that the newly elected body will continue the hard work in delivering its mandate to the community.

He also thanked outgoing Chairman, Tajnauth Jadunauth, for his service and inspirational leadership over the years, which was the catalyst for the club’s success after its resuscitation in 2013.
