PLEASE allow me space to respond to Bibi Shadick’s attack on GECOM CEO Keith Lowenfield in the Thursday edition of the Guyana Times and the Stabroek News. The honourable PPP commissioner mentioned in the last paragraph in her missive that next Tuesday 2018-10-30 will be the day after the Disciplined Services exercise their franchise at local government elections 2018. Is this PPP commissioner talking about an act at the Saurez Circus at D’Urban Park? The gazetted day for D-Day is the 2nd November, 2018.

Probably Commissioner Shadick is really “gaffing.” But according to Commissioner Desmond Trotman in a letter in the Guyana Chronicle on 2018-10-23, there is indeed an urgent attempt by the opposition commissioners at GECOM to mislead this nation with lies and half-truths; so the million-dollar question voters are asking is:is the CEO Lowenfield answerable only to Commissioner Shadick?
