THE Guyana Football Federation (GFF) yesterday opened their four-day CONCACAF D Licensing programme for coaches in Guyana in an effort to build capacity among technical personnel.

The programme began with an opening ceremony at Olympic House and among those who gave remarks were GFF technical director Ian Greenwood, president Wayne Forde and CONCACAF officials – Anton Corneal (instructor) and Andre Waugh (Manager of Development Caribbean).

The programme, while acting to train and certify the 13 D Licensing prospects, will also serve to certify three prospective D Licensing Instructors – Sampson Gilbert, Bryan Joseph and Ian Greenwood.
