PRIME MINISTER and First Vice President, Moses Nagamootoo has been discharged from hospital, four days after a successful heart by-pass surgery and is undergoing rehabilitation.
In a statement the Office of the Prime Minister said Nagamootoo’s progress is steady and he is scheduled for further examinations in the coming days. Prime Minister Nagamootoo, on February 12, underwent heart by-pass surgery in the United States of America and the medical procedure was completed successfully. The Prime Minister expressed his personal gratitude to President David Granger and the ministers of Government, and all those who expressed wishes of support.
