THREE males have been arrested for possession of 42 kilograms of compressed cannabis during an intelligence-led operation conducted by ranks of the Guyana Police Force on the Essequibo Coast on Saturday.

Police in a release said the suspects: two Guyanese and a Venezuelan are cooperating with investigators and are likely to be charged by Monday. The arrests were made about 17:30hrs at Back Street, Golden Fleece.
