Dear Editor
THE duty of the Guyana Police Force is to protect and serve.
If disorderly behaviour is taking place anywhere in Guyana unabated, I would expect that the agency for maintaining law and order in the nation would step in.
Can the commissioner of police tell the nation why the police should not have been in Parliament to restore order? And under what laws can that prohibition be found? And further, who should enforce order in Parliament?
