TTFA fail to get AGM going again

THE Trinidad and Tobago Football Association (TTFA), for the second time in a month, was forced to adjourn its Annual General Meeting (AGM).

The AGM, scheduled for the National Cycling Centre in Couva last Saturday, could not find a quorum after only 15 of the TTFA’s members of the 49 registered turned up.
The TTFA has now reconvened the AGM to December 23 after it was originally set for November 25.

On that occasion, members of the TTFA deemed the AGM unconstitutional, this time around, the TTFA only issued 16 invitations, saying the others were not compliant, according to a FIFA mandate and were therefore unable to vote during an AGM.

According to TTFA president David John-Williams, extensions were sent to the members who were not in compliance but no action had been taken.
