LAST SUNDAY, the Herdmanston Lodge came alive as well-known designer Donna Ramsammy-James presented her Shape 2018 Collection ‘My heart beats in Africa’. As was reported in the October 22 edition of the Pepperpot Magazine, this was Ramsammy-James’ final big showcase as she moves on to focus on her personal life and other aspirations. The hour-long showcase incorporated rich colours, vibrant prints and a heavy African influence through music, dance, fabric, jewellery and other elements. This was Ramsammy-James at her best.
