A FORTY – ONE – year old man remains in police custody after a medical report revealed that two of his close relatives, ages 12 and 13, were sexually molested.

The suspect, who works in New Amsterdam, is alleged to have violated the girls during multiple instances at his home. This newspaper was told that the sexual acts commenced during October 2015 and continued until December 2016.

But, the ordeal was reported on January 16, 2017 to police ranks at Central Police Station by the mother. This newspaper was reliably informed that the suspect has a terminal illness and was once charged with an offense of similar nature.
