UNDER the theme “Training to Build and Strengthen the Competencies of Ranks through Partnerships and Monitoring of Performances”, 225 new law enforcement officers, having graduated, recently participated in the Guyana Police Force Passing-Out Parade for recruit training courses, held at the Tactical Services Unit Square at Police Headquarters, Eve Leary
