THE police are investigating the murder of Dalton Emanuel, who was stabbed to death on Tuesday night. According to a police report, around 22:00hrs on March 29, the 19 – year – old of Yarakita, North West District, was involved in an argument with another man at Yarakita, during which he was stabbed to his abdomen with a pair of scissors.
He was taken to the Mabaruma Hospital where he was pronounced dead on arrival. The Guyana Chronicle understands that the suspect has been arrested and is in police custody assisting with the investigation.
