The Attorney General Chambers has clarified the names of persons to sit on the Advisory Council on the Prerogative of Mercy.
The council will be chaired by Attorney General, Basil Williams. The members of the council are: Justice Duke Pollard; Justice James Patterson; Mrs. Yvonne Harewood-Benn, CCH; Mrs. Merle Mendonca-McCormack and Dr. Carl Hanoman.
The aforementioned persons will be sworn in by His Excellency President David Granger shortly, the AG chambers said.
