THIS week’s ‘Buzz’ beauty, who is already accustomed to the eyes of the Guyanese public on her as a young entrepreneur, hails from Seafield Village, West Coast, Berbice. The Buzz caught up with Jenell Pierre, and found out more about her. Jenell is a former St. Stanislaus College student who studied science and graduated in the year 2011. She is now a student of

the University of Guyana, and is pursuing a degree in Business Management.
Ms. Pierre is also the CEO of BOWJAY, her own company, which makes handmade fashion accessories that promise the best bow ties in Guyana.
Jenell is also the Guyana winner of The Business Pitch held this year. She is an extrovert, who loves swimming, jogging, plays hockey, and is also a very talented dancer.
Being a Christian and strong believer, her personal mantra can be found in the Bible in Isaiah 40:31, which states:
“But those who wait on the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles, they shall run and not be weary, they shall walk and not faint.”
Pierre believes she’s a bubbly person who is serious and focused when it comes to her baby, BOWJAY. She is a people person, and in five years sees herself as regional business tycoon who also provides opportunities for other young people.
