TWENTY-two-year-old Samuel Anthony Gouveia of Lot 13 Goedverwagting, East Coast Demerara was yesterday arraigned before Chief Magistrate Ann McLennan on an indictable charge which alleges that he murdered Cynthia Solomon on November 23 last at Cuyuni River in the Essequibo.

The prosecutor did not relate particulars of the charge, but Gouveia was remanded until December 30, and his matter was transferred before the Bartica magistrate.
