PELE Football Club will hold its annual general meeting (AGM) on Thursday October28, 2015 at 18:30hrs at Congress Place, Sophia with all financial members expected to attend.The meeting will also include the election of office-bearers for the new term.
Currently the executives are John Yates (president), Allister Paris (1st vice-president), Alexander Best (2nd vice- president), Mark Archer (secretary), Eustace Harcourt (treasurer), Roxanne Keith (asst. secretary/treasurer) and Cecil Jacques (Immediate Past President)
Under Article 26 of the club’s constitution the Annual General Meeting is held every two years.
The AGM is the meeting at which all regular members assemble.
It represents the supreme legislative authority of the club. Election of the members of the executive to conduct the business of the club for the next two years will be held at this meeting.
