GOVERNMENT Pathologist Dr. Nehaul Singh will testify at the Gavin Tower manslaughter trial next Monday.The pathologist who did an autopsy on the body of Samantha Marques of Middle Road, La Penitence, is expected to testify as to the cause of death.
Tower is accused of having between the 13th and 19th of October,2009 in the County of Demerara, unlawfully killed Marques.
Tower, who is unrepresented by counsel has pleaded not guilty and a jury was empanelled to determine his guilt or innocence.
The matter is being heard by Justice Jo-Ann Barlow and a mixed jury.
One of the witnesses who testified yesterday was Corporal Elkiena who took participated in the investigation.
