THIRTY-three–year–old labourer Ordelle Adams, of Lot 31 Station Street Kitty, Georgetown, appeared Wednesday before City Magistrate Fabayo Azore, charged with possession of narcotics.The court heard that on April 6 at Water Street, Georgetown, he had in his possession 2¾ grammes of marijuana.

Adams pleaded guilty to the charge, and was fined $5,000. He was also ordered to perform six months’ community service at the Kitty Police Station.
