CJ grants 10 petitioners $2.695M bail pending determination of their cases

ACTING Chief Justice Mr. Ian Chang, SC, yesterday, granted ten petitioners bail in the sum of $2,695,000, pending determination of their cases.
Particulars are as follows:For possession of narcotics for the purpose of trafficking, Ori Phillips was placed on $350,000 bail; Natasha Livingstone was placed on $300,000 bail; Insaan Ally was placed on $100,000 bail; Cushun Gardener was placed on $250,000 bail; Johnathan Mc Intyre was placed on $300,000 bail, and Wayne Mc Intyre was placed on $425,000 bail.

For uttering false notes, Ryan Singh was placed on $150,000 bail.

For possession of firearm and ammunition, Oswald Europe was placed on $325,000 bail, and Karl Nieuenkirk was placed on $295,000 bail.

And for setting fire to a dwelling house, Delroy Canterbury was placed on $200,000 bail.
