Branson was not required to plead to two of the other charges, that said, the same day, at Charlestown, with intent to commit murder he discharged a loaded firearm at two persons, Dean Gibson and Allrick Edwards.
Another indictable charge said, that day, too, he attempted to rob Rafeek Singh while armed with a gun.
Police Inspector Michael Grant, prosecuting, did not relate any circumstances under which the crimes were allegedly committed but, successfully, objected to pre-trial liberty for Branson, citing nature and gravity of the offences and the fact that a weapon was used.
The file will be sent for advice from the Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP) and Branson has to be back in Court on May 9.
