– to facilitate kite-flying activities
THE Guyana Police Force (GPF) has advised that from 07:00 hrs on Easter Monday (April 21, 2014), the following roads will be closed to vehicular traffic in order to facilitate kite-flying activities in Georgetown.

The roads are:-

1. Camp &Thomas Roads.
2. Woolford & Albert Street
3. Camp & Young Street
4. Rabbit Walk
5. Vlissengen Road & Carifesta Avenue (No entry to West bound traffic)
6. J.B Singh & David Street
7. Seawall Road between Pegasus Hotel & Kitty Pump Station
8. Camp Road and Carifesta Avenue /Young Street.
Persons desirous of entering the National Park are requested to do so from Carifesta Avenue.
