A MAN who allegedly failed to comply with police directions was hauled before the court on Wednesday to answer three charges.
According to the prosecution, on Friday 18th October, on the Good Hope public road, Kwesi Bacchus drove minibus BRR 8303 and failed to carry a conductor. It was also alleged that Bacchus carried more passengers than the permitted number. Bacchus pleaded not guilty to all the charges. Magistrate Shundell Lovell subsequently granted the defendant bail in the sum of $20,000.
He is expected back in court November 19 for trial.
