ON Thursday last, the parliamentary opposition defeated the Minister of Home Affairs bid to pilot amendments to Guyana’s gun laws. Leader of the parliamentary opposition, Brigadier (rtd) David Granger, had said that the move was meant to send a message to the Executive.
If the opposition leader’s job is to send a message to the executive then it’s your job to inform the world on what the opposition is doing to your country and its peoples.
THE Caribbean Community (CARICOM) is currently at the United Nations Headquarters pressing for an Arms Trade Treaty.
Again it’s your job to inform and remind the world how these very (CARICOM) countries stood on the sidelines and remained silent while two illegal former presidents in Burnham and Hoyte trampled on most Guyanese.

Your job is to inform those at the UN with solid facts and solid proof of what the combined joint opposition in your country is doing to the people of your country.

Show the UN words made by opposition activists saying if your party wins elections and does not share power with the opposition there will be no Guyana.

Miss Rodrigues-Birkett I am sure you have videos of what took place at Linden and Agricola and especially what took place on the Agricola public road by opposition thugs who beat, robbed and sexually molested one group of Guyanese.
It was Nigel Hughes who helped instigate opposition thugs to do what they did on the Agricola public road to innocent people.
Mr.Nigel Hughes was planning something as sinister as he had planned in Agricola.
Thank God some higher power beyond him stopped him for now.
All the high praise from Cathy Hughes for President Ramotar and the Health Minister and the aircraft captain will soon be forgotten and it will be back to business as usual of making the country ungovernable once the PPP/C is leading its people.
