SHAWN Walton, a North Ruimveldt, Georgetown businessman, appeared before Magistrate Judy Latchman yesterday, charged with unlawful assault. He pleaded not guilty to the offence, particulars of which said that on Saturday, February 16, at Thomas Lands, he unlawfully assaulted Robert Benn.
However, the virtual complainant did not attend Court and a summons was issued for him to appear when the case is called, again, on March 13.
Meantime, Walton was put on $10,000 bail.
