THE Mayor and City Council, at its duly constituted statuary meeting on January 29, 2013 has approved and entrusted the Social Development Committee, together with its Chairman Councilor, Patricia Chase-Green, with the responsibilities of allocation and identification of spots (sale) for Mashramani 2013, alongside of Church Street, North Road and Irving Streets.

The Council, in an advisory to the media, said it is pleased to inform all organisations, business firms, groups and individuals who are interested in renting spots at Merriman Mall, and alongside the reserve of Thomas Land for the purpose of operating drinks/food bar on Mashramani 2013, to make necessary the arrangements at the Mayoral Complex, City Hall Compound during working days, from 08:00 hrs.
