A JUVENILE, charged with the murder of a man  during a drinking spree at Mudhole Landing, Enteringbang, North West District, was remanded in Police cudtody yesterday. The 17-year-old, who, allegedly, murdered Trevor Thomas on December 19, appeared before Chief Magistrate Priya Sewnarine-Beharry on the indictable charge.
The Court was told that the accused had been imbibing at a shop when Thomas and two other men entered, teased him and took away his drinking glass.
The prisoner, who then stabbed Thomas with a knife, has to make his next Court appearance on March 18, 2013.
